Quality Policy

The quality policy of Samyak Overseas is very simple: to perform work of the highest attainable quality in accordance with applicable codes, standards, specifications, and customer specifications. Our products are subjected to various quality testing such as , Hydrostatic tests, UTS tests, Hardness tests, air-under-water test, Dimensional tests, visual tests, etc.

Quality control measures include chemical analysis, measurement of mechanical and metallurgical properties, and close dimensional tolerances as per applicable codes, standards, / specifications.

Our commitment guarantees to provide the customer with uncompromising quality, responsive service, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery. This is achieved through a team approach where all the members are aware of the company objectives and work within their own discipline to make an effective contribution.

All products of Hempshier Samyak Overseas  have to meet a very high standard, set by stringent quality specifications and norms. All process parameters and conditions are developed and constantly monitored throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Stainless Strip Steel & Blade Manufacturing (Work in Progress)

Samyak Overseas is expanding to manufacture high-precision components using specialized stainless strip steel, particularly for the production of blades.
